Botanical Identification
Quality of raw herbs is the most important factor in making high
quality herbal extracts, correct plant species used can ensure the
product efficacy. Our experienced botanists and chemists use
microscopic and High Performance Liquid Chromatography
(HPLC) identification to authenticate the plants, plant parts
used, and processed raw herbs.
Analysis Method Development
Method development for qualitative analysis and quantitative
analysis of plant constituents before transferring to quality
assurance in the factory for routine QC testing, we ensure
products batch to batch consistency to provide customers with
constant high quality products.
Our manufacturing process and equipment are designed to
minimize the inherent problems in extraction and concentration
of herbs and maximize product efficacies. Our manufacturing
expertise combined with modern equipment and strict quality
control enable us to produce the best of concentrated herbal
extracts in the trade producing Safe, High Quality, and Effective
products.
Quality Countrol
Herbal Fortress implements strict quality control starting from
raw material received to ensure the authenticity, safety, efficacy
and consistency of our products.
Authenticity Of Herbs
All raw herbs are inspected twice: sensory identification by
experienced herb handlers and microscopic inspections and
identification.
Safety
All raw materials are stored in humidity and temperature-
controlled warehouse. Thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC)
qualitative analysis, High Performance Liquid Chromatography
(HPLC) qualitative and quantitative analysis are conducted on
raw herbs and finished products. Microbiology, pesticide and
heavy metal contents are monitored to ensure our product safety.
Consistency
Herbal Fortress further tests the quality of our herbal extracts
for their consistency. Consistency of herbal medicines is
demonstrated through the presence of the active constituents of
the herbs used. We identifiy the active constituents using HPLC.
Qualitative analyses have shown the consistency among multiple
batches of any particular Herbal Fortress product.
